International trainees for Germany

Finding international talent. Designing successful training programs.

Saisy Germany supports German companies in recruiting, preparing, and integrating international trainees. Together with our consulting firm in the Philippines, we prepare young university graduates and experienced professionals for vocational training in Germany – linguistically, technically, and personally.

Our candidates come from countries including the Philippines, Guatemala, and other international destinations. Through our collaboration with universities, schools, and educational partners, we reach motivated young people who want to build their professional future in Germany.

Many of our candidates already have German language skills at level B1 or B2 before they apply to a German training company. This often allows job interviews to be conducted in German.

Are you looking for motivated trainees for your company? We support you from candidate selection to arrival and beyond.

International trainees for your training company

The skills shortage doesn't begin with fully trained professionals. Many German companies are already looking for suitable trainees who want to learn, work, and develop professionally within the company long-term.

Saisy Germany places international apprenticeship candidates who have consciously chosen to pursue vocational training in Germany. We consider not only school and university qualifications, but also motivation, personal suitability, language skills, and professional interests.

Our target group includes:

  • Young university graduates who wish to begin a practical vocational training program.

  • School leavers and other suitable training candidates from our education partner networks.

  • Experienced professionals who wish to reorient their careers and learn a different profession in Germany.

  • International candidates who have already acquired German language skills and are specifically preparing for vocational training in Germany.

For university graduates in particular, a dual vocational training program can be an attractive way to combine theoretical knowledge with practical work experience.

We discuss whether a specific training path is suitable on an individual basis with the candidate and the training company.

Our strength: Language preparation and personal career advice

Successful vocational training in Germany requires more than just a suitable school leaving certificate. Trainees must attend vocational school, understand work instructions, pass exams, and be able to integrate into daily business operations.

That's why our support begins even before the application.

German language skills prior to placement

Together with our consulting firm in the Philippines, we support candidates in acquiring German language skills. Through our language support, many participants achieve German language proficiency at level B1 or B2 even before being placed in a job.

This often allows job interviews to be conducted in German and facilitates an early assessment of language proficiency. The actual language level and any required certificates are assessed individually.

Free, personalized career advice

Our trainees receive individual career advice, in which we take into account their interests, previous educational paths, career goals and personal qualifications.

Together we will determine which apprenticeship is right for the candidate and what requirements must be met for the desired training path.

Our goal is not to randomly distribute candidates across open positions, but to bring employers and applicants together in the most suitable way possible.

Our education partners: universities, schools and international networks

Saisy Germany and our consulting firm in the Philippines work with universities, schools and other educational partners to reach motivated training candidates early and prepare them for their professional path.

Our educational contacts include, among others, Christian-supported educational institutions such as the Sisters of Mary schools in the Philippines and Guatemala.

Furthermore, our supported language learning programs also reach participants from African countries and other international regions who are interested in qualified vocational training in Germany.

This collaboration allows us to consider different educational paths and appeal to candidates who want to shape their professional future in Germany in the long term.
